Design
Our Design Division will help you plan and design the all-important details that will make your addition fit seamlessly into the rest of your home. We’ll help you with flooring, cabinetry, wall finishes, ceiling treatments, lighting, windows, doors, and storage systems. Plus we can create custom moldings – perhaps a unique chair rail or a just-for-you crown molding – and fireplace surrounds and mantels, as well as one-of-a-kind staircases conceived just for you. Countertops are a major focus in a kitchen or bathroom addition, and we offer a huge range of stone, quartz, or other materials, so you can have just what you want.
Construction
Abberlin’s General Contracting Division will work closely with the architect (yours or ours), subcontractors, and local inspectors to ensure that construction is done properly: we supervise everything from obtaining permits to ensuring that the workflow runs smoothly and on schedule.
We currently have five construction crew leaders to manage our construction projects and subcontracting teams, so we can handle any project, large or small. One of Abberlin’s owners will also work directly with your project, from the initial meeting to the final sign-off.
